Ordering and Payment
- You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.
- By ordering online, you will receive prices quicker and navigate through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could potentially save you a lot of time. Tracking the process: You will be able to easily check all your previous orders whenever you need. Reordering: You can easily reorder anytime based on your previous orders with just a couple of clicks. This will save time and effort since you wouldn't have to sift through all the documents and emails from the past.
- Our online ordering system will ask for all the essential information you should submit.
- You can use all the major credit cards or the stripe payment method.
- Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should be, but you still can't make the payment, please contact support@totesofjoy.com to notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.
- Sign in to your account and go to “my profile”. On “my profile” you can change all your contact information.

- If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us. Please contact support@totesofjoy.com.
- You can also send your order to support@totesofjoy.com or by calling (+1 (347) 265-3097). Online ordering is preferred in most cases because by ordering online, you will save time, you will have an easier payment process, and all the information about the order will be accessible to you anytime. Also, if you want to make the same order later, you can use the “order again” feature.
- All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time varies depending on the products and quantities you order.

Your Account
- Download the TotesofJoy app, click “create an account”, fill in all the needed information and click “create”. After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified.
- You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instructions on password retrieval will be sent to your email.
- You can easily change all your information on your account. Go to the login page and log in, then click “my profile” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.
Delivery
- You can kindly check the delivery history to verify your delivery status.
- We offer free delivery services within Accra, Ghana.
- You can easily change your delivery address on your account. You just need to log in, click “my profile” and “edit”.
- Orders are delivered within a period of 3 to 7 days.
